SSR Mining Inc. (Nasdaq: SSRM) released a Technical Report Summary for its Marigold Gold Complex in Nevada, outlining a 20-year life of mine plan that includes an expanded mineral reserve base and the development of the adjacent Buffalo Valley project.

According to the report, gold mineral reserves at Marigold total 4.6 million ounces, a 43% increase from the 3.2 million ounces reported at year-end 2025. The plan projects total life of mine gold production of 3.3 million ounces at an average all-in sustaining cost of $2,005 per ounce sold, based on a consensus gold price averaging $3,948 per ounce over the 20-year period.

The report projects an after-tax net present value at a 5% discount rate of $3.3 billion using consensus gold prices, and $3.8 billion at spot prices. Average annual gold production is projected at 231,000 ounces between 2027 and 2031, declining to 201,000 ounces through 2040 and 169,000 ounces over the full mine life.

The plan includes the first life of mine schedule for the Buffalo Valley project, which holds 0.7 million ounces of gold mineral reserves. First production at Buffalo Valley is expected in 2029. Total growth capital investment over the life of mine is estimated at $542 million, covering Buffalo Valley development, heap leach pad expansion, and fleet additions to support a 33% increase in overall mining rates to an average of 138 million tonnes per annum.

Total life of mine capital, including $669 million in sustaining capital and $175 million in reclamation costs, is estimated at $1.385 billion. The plan features 15 years of active mining followed by residual heap leach processing through 2045.

Combined with the company's CC&V gold mine in Colorado, SSR Mining's U.S. portfolio now holds total combined gold mineral reserves of 7.3 million ounces, with an additional 6.5 million ounces of measured and indicated resources and 2.3 million ounces inferred.

The technical report, with an effective date of May 1, 2026, was prepared in accordance with S-K 1300 and is to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 8-K by October 13, 2026.
