Citizens analyst Jordan Bender reiterated a Market Outperform rating and $26.00 price target on PENN Entertainment (NASDAQ: PENN).

The analyst commented, "We believe regional gaming trends remain resilient despite macro headwinds. Gaming revenue is trending up in the low-single-digits in 3Q26, compared with 4% growth in 2Q26 and 2% growth in 1Q26. We continue to recommend shares of PENN Entertainment."
