Bitdeer AI adds 60MW Malaysia facility, reaches 95% of capacity target
Bitdeer AI, part of Bitdeer Technologies Group (NASDAQ: BTDR), has signed an 8-year data center services agreement for a 60MW facility in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, bringing its total secured AI Cloud data center capacity to approximately 333.5MW.
The new facility, designated A103, is located on the same Cyberjaya campus as Bitdeer AI's existing A101 and A102 facilities. Together, the three buildings will represent approximately 71.5MW of AI Cloud capacity at the campus. Energization of A103 is expected in the first quarter of 2028.
The A103 facility is designed for liquid-cooled, rack-scale Nvidia systems, including the Nvidia Vera Rubin platform. The company said the existing campus infrastructure — including power, liquid cooling and networking — is expected to shorten the time to energization for the new facility.

The 333.5MW of secured capacity spans facilities in Malaysia, Norway and the United States, and represents approximately 95% of the company's target of up to 350MW to be delivered by the first quarter of 2028. All megawatt figures refer to critical IT load.
"Adding 60MW alongside the A101 and A102 facilities means we benefit from the power, the cooling and the network infrastructure already in place, improving our time-to-market," said Michael G. Potter, Chief Financial Officer of Bitdeer Technologies Group. "A103 is also built for the Vera Rubin generation, which is the capacity customers are asking us about for 2028."
The company noted that no offtake commitments for A103 capacity have been executed as of the announcement date. Bitdeer AI said its active pipeline for AI Cloud capacity is estimated to exceed $10 billion, though the company characterized this figure as a management estimate and not a binding commitment or backlog.
