FIS launches agentic AI suite for CFO cash flow and risk tools
FIS (NYSE: FIS), a Jacksonville, Florida-based financial technology company, has launched the FIS Agentic Insights Suite, an artificial intelligence solution aimed at helping finance teams manage collections, liquidity, risk, and cash flow from a single platform, according to a company statement.
The suite includes a cash flow forecasting module that uses machine learning and simulation to project cash across multiple time horizons, testing scenarios such as delayed inflows or accelerated outflows. The tool combines internal data from ERP, treasury, and CRM systems with external credit bureau and public data to provide real-time credit risk, business health, and ESG scoring.
The product is designed to integrate with FIS's existing receivables products, GETPAID and BillerIQ, as well as its treasury products, Integrity and Quantum. Users can interact with the system through natural language queries, with results displayed via Power BI dashboards. FIS said the suite deploys in weeks and begins with a self-serve setup.

"Most finance teams can tell you what happened to their cash last quarter; very few can tell you what happens next month with confidence," said Andrés Choussy, President of Capital Markets at FIS.
FIS cited a Deloitte Finance Trends 2026 survey in which 46% of global finance leaders identified working capital optimization as a top use case for agentic AI, while only 14% had fully integrated AI agents into their finance operations.
Planned future updates to the suite include payment anomaly detection and dispute forecasting. FIS said the tool is designed to help finance teams manage days sales outstanding without necessarily increasing headcount.
