nCino launches AI loan officer productivity suite for mortgage
nCino, Inc. (NASDAQ: NCNO) introduced its Loan Officer Productivity Suite on Oct. 12, 2026, a set of six AI-powered tools built into the nCino Mortgage Solution aimed at reducing manual work for mortgage originators.
The suite operates within nCino's mobile-native point of sale and uses each institution's own data, product guidelines, and workflow rules to deliver institution-specific responses and automate routine tasks. The company said the tools are designed to let loan officers handle more work without switching between platforms.
The six components of the suite are:

- Mortgage Advisor for Loan Officers: A conversational AI tool that answers questions about loan pipelines, individual files, and GSE guidelines, and can execute routine actions with loan officer approval.
- Loan PreCheck: An AI underwriting tool that evaluates borrower eligibility against Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines before a file reaches underwriting.
- Mortgage MCP for Loan Officers: Connects loan officers' AI agents to the nCino Mortgage Suite through a single interface.
- AUS Smart Tasks: Converts automated underwriting findings into plain-language summaries and suggested tasks.
- Automated Pre-approval: Unifies credit authorization, verification, fee calculations, and dual AUS integrations into one process.
- Automated Disclosures: Automates initial disclosures and redisclosures for standard loan templates.
Educated Mortgage and Security National Financial Corporation are among early adopters. Dan O'Brien, President and Loan Officer at Educated Mortgage, said the Mortgage Advisor tool retrieved guideline information more directly than other AI search tools he had used. Thayne Atkinson, Vice President and CIO at Security National Financial Corporation, said his firm is preparing to deploy the suite for its loan officers.
"The Loan Officer Productivity Suite helps create that capacity by taking routine work off originators' plates and putting answers and next steps at their fingertips," said Casey Williams, General Manager of Global Mortgage at nCino.
