AZIO AI signs first hosting deal at Atlas One for 10 MW capacity
AZIO AI Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AZIO) has signed a Power Purchase and Hosting Agreement with Power Champion Investment Limited at Atlas One, the company's South Texas compute infrastructure campus, according to a press release dated Oct. 9, 2026.
The agreement sets an initial contracted capacity of 10 megawatts (MW), with expansion rights allowing Power Champion to request increases up to a maximum of 50 MW. The $450 million capacity reservation figure cited by the company would only be reached if Power Champion exercises all expansion rights in full and all required infrastructure is completed. As of the announcement date, no capacity has been energized and no expansion rights have been exercised.
At the initial 10 MW level, AZIO AI expects the agreement to generate approximately $1.5 million per month, or roughly $90 million in capacity reservation charges over the 60-month initial term, before electricity sales. The capacity reservation charge is set at $150 per kilowatt per month, applicable only to capacity actually delivered and made available. A fixed energy rate of $0.13 per kilowatt-hour applies for metered consumption during the initial term.

The agreement is subject to material conditions, including Power Champion obtaining required U.S. government export control approvals from the Bureau of Industry and Security for AI GPU processors. AZIO AI has no obligation to proceed with construction or energization until those approvals are confirmed. Power Champion also retains a 180-day due diligence termination right.
Atlas One spans more than 548 acres and is engineered for up to 500 MW of planned behind-the-meter power capacity. The company states that approximately 11 MW of planned capacity has been secured to date, with roughly 6 MW activated. AZIO AI has not completed the site qualification work necessary to deliver the initial contracted capacity and has not established a commencement date.
The agreement is separate from a previously announced hosting agreement with Power Champion dated July 9, 2026, which covers a different site. AZIO AI noted that the capacity figures and GPU sales pipeline values disclosed previously are not cumulative with the figures in this announcement.
