Rezolve Ai launches RezolvePay to link AI shopping agents to merchants

October 9, 2026 8:01 AM

Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV) has unveiled RezolvePay, a payment infrastructure product designed to allow consumer AI agents to interact with merchant-side systems and complete purchases, both online and in-store, according to a company statement.

The company published a video demonstration showing Meta's Muse AI agent placing an order with a coffee shop's RezolvePay-enabled system for in-store collection. Rezolve Ai said the system is designed to support transactions with any compatible consumer AI agent, with Muse used as one example.

RezolvePay includes payment orchestration alongside proprietary payment infrastructure, including digital-asset and stablecoin rails. The system also provides merchants with attribution data identifying which AI agent placed a given order.

Naga Samineni, CEO of RezolvePay, said: "Consumers will choose different assistants to shop for them and retailers need the ability to serve those customers whichever agent they use. Rezolve Ai sits on the merchant's side of that interaction. Our agents help turn the customer's request into an order and RezolvePay connects that order to payment."

The announcement follows remarks Samineni made at Rezolve Ai's October 6 Investor Day. The company cited a McKinsey estimate that AI agents could mediate between $3 trillion and $5 trillion of global consumer commerce by 2030, against a global retail market of approximately $30 trillion in annual sales. These figures are third-party projections and do not represent Rezolve Ai's own revenue forecasts.

The company outlined three areas it views as potential revenue sources: direct merchant deployments, deeper integration across the shopping journey from discovery through payment, and licensing its underlying technology to platforms, financial institutions, and payment networks.
