Securitize launches tokenized U.S. stock trading on Solana
Securitize, Inc. (NYSE: SECZ) announced the launch of Securitize Stocks, a product that offers eligible investors security entitlements to shares of major U.S. equities traded on the Solana blockchain, according to a company press release dated Oct. 8, 2026.
The initial lineup includes security entitlements to shares of Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Alphabet, Tesla, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Circle, SPCX, MicroStrategy and Palantir. Each token is backed 1:1 by an underlying share and structured as a security entitlement under UCC Article 8, preserving applicable shareholder rights and economic benefits, including dividends and, where applicable, voting rights.
Trading is initially available through Securitize's registered broker-dealer platform during extended hours, with settlement in USDC. Jump Trading will serve as market maker. The company said it plans to move toward 24/7 availability over time.
Securitize Stocks are also expected to trade on a 24/7 digital venue being developed by the New York Stock Exchange, as well as on the OKXICE Tokenized Securities Venue, a joint venture combining OKX's blockchain infrastructure with Intercontinental Exchange's regulatory experience. Both venues have not yet launched, and trading on them is subject to regulatory approval and other requirements.

The product is available to eligible investors in the U.S., European Union and other permitted jurisdictions, subject to KYC/AML checks and applicable securities laws. Securitize Stocks are offered by Securitize Markets, LLC, a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation, and in the EU by Securitize Europe Brokerage and Markets, S.A.
Ripple Prime said it plans to support the launch and explore incorporating the assets into its institutional trading ecosystem. Aave founder Stani Kulechov noted potential future use of the assets in lending and collateral applications. RQD will support clearing, custody and settlement infrastructure.
Holders of Securitize Stocks are not registered shareholders of the underlying issuers unless they convert their entitlements. The underlying issuers have not sponsored or endorsed the product.
