Accenture and Dell form joint business group for private AI
Accenture (NYSE: ACN) and Dell Technologies announced the formation of the Accenture Dell Business Group, an expansion of their existing collaboration aimed at helping enterprises deploy AI on private infrastructure and modernize their technology systems.
The new group builds on a partnership spanning more than 20 years and is intended to serve organizations in industries including financial services, life sciences, manufacturing, and high-tech. Accenture plans to train more than 3,000 practitioners across the Dell product portfolio to support the initiative.
The group's offerings include private AI and neocloud solutions, integrated private AI stack products, agentic AI deployment tools, and support for open-source and open-weight AI models. The solutions are aimed at organizations seeking to run AI workloads on on-premises infrastructure, particularly those in regulated industries.
"By expanding our collaboration with Dell, we're strengthening the power of our organizations to help our clients move from AI ambition to scaled execution to measurable business outcomes," said Julie Sweet, chair and CEO of Accenture.

Michael Dell, chairman and CEO of Dell Technologies, said the formation of a dedicated business group "deepens that collaboration to help enterprises move from AI interest to adoption."
UK-based AI infrastructure provider RHAELM is cited as an early client, with Accenture and Dell said to have helped accelerate delivery of sovereign-grade AI solutions for regulated industries.
According to a press release from Accenture, the company generated approximately $74 billion in revenue in fiscal year 2026 and serves approximately 9,000 clients.
