Fresenius Medical Care names Korangy as new management board chair
The Supervisory Board of Fresenius Medical Care AG has unanimously appointed Shervin J. Korangy as Chairman of the Management Board, effective October 12, 2026.
Korangy, who previously served as a member of the company's Supervisory Board, has resigned from that position ahead of his new role.
Current Chairwoman of the Management Board Helen Giza will leave the company at the end of October 11, 2026. The Supervisory Board acknowledged her service to the company.
