Parabolic reports preliminary Q3 2026 revenue of $4.7 million
Banzai International, Inc. (NASDAQ: PARA), operating as Parabolic, announced preliminary revenue of approximately $4.7 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a company statement.
The figure represents a 106% sequential increase from $2.3 million reported in the second quarter of 2026, and a 65% increase compared to $2.8 million in the third quarter of 2025.
The company attributed the revenue increase in part to the first full quarter of financial contributions from ConnectAndSell, a business unit acquired prior to the quarter. Parabolic said the integration included migrating infrastructure to its core platform while maintaining service for newly acquired enterprise accounts.

Joe Davy, Founder and CEO of Parabolic, said the $4.7 million figure represents a record high quarterly revenue for the company. "This expanded top-line scale, when paired with the $9.3 million cost savings measure we recently announced, strengthens our financial footing and supports our progress toward profitability," Davy said.
The preliminary revenue figure is unaudited and based on information currently available to management. It is subject to completion of the company's quarter-end closing procedures, and actual results may differ. Full third quarter 2026 financial results are scheduled to be reported on November 16, 2026, after market close, in the company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q.
