October 7, 2026 8:04 AM

Safe Pro Group Inc. (Nasdaq: SPAI) announced preliminary, unaudited revenue expectations for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, projecting revenue of more than $2.5 million, compared with $101,422 in the third quarter of 2025, an increase of more than 2,300% year-over-year.

The company attributed the growth to multiple U.S. government subcontract awards supporting the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the company projects revenue of more than $5.0 million, compared with $378,977 in the same period of 2025, a year-over-year increase of more than 1,200%. These figures are preliminary and unaudited and remain subject to change.

Deliveries during the third quarter included work under a $1.3 million subcontract from a U.S. defense prime contractor to integrate real-time AI threat detection onto autonomous unmanned ground vehicles, and a $780,000 U.S. Army award for its NODE AI edge-processing systems and Blue UAS drones. The company reported aggregate awarded contract value of more than $5 million year-to-date.

Safe Pro also disclosed a subcontract award for AI-powered demining software under a U.S. Department of State program supporting demining activities in Ukraine, and an existing Cooperative Research and Development Agreement with the U.S. Army.

"The growth reflects repeat orders from U.S. Army customers and our first awards from new agencies, including the Department of State and U.S. Air Force," said Dan Erdberg, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Safe Pro Group Inc.

The company stated it maintains cash reserves and carries no long-term debt. Final third-quarter results are subject to completion of the company's quarterly closing and review procedures.
