Novartis to present MS drug data at MSToronto2026 conference
Novartis (NYSE: NVS) will present 46 abstracts at MSToronto2026, the 10th Joint ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS Meeting, including Phase III trial results for its oral BTK inhibitor remibrutinib and new data on its approved therapy Kesimpta (ofatumumab).
A late-breaking oral presentation on October 23 will feature results from the Phase III REMODEL-1 and REMODEL-2 trials, which evaluated the efficacy and safety of remibrutinib versus teriflunomide in relapsing multiple sclerosis. Following the presentation, Novartis plans to host an investor conference call to discuss the data and remibrutinib's potential in MS.
A second late-breaking abstract will present data from the Phase III NEOS study, examining the efficacy and safety of ofatumumab and siponimod versus fingolimod in pediatric MS. That oral presentation is also scheduled for October 23.

Additional Kesimpta presentations include final efficacy, safety, and healthcare resource utilization results from the Phase 3b STHENOS study, which compared ofatumumab against physicians' choice of disease-modifying therapy in treatment-naive patients with relapsing MS.
Novartis will also present interim results from the Phase 4 KATHAROS study examining ofatumumab excretion in breast milk, and data from the PRIM study on pregnancy and infant outcomes following ofatumumab exposure.
The conference is scheduled to take place in Toronto, with key presentations occurring between October 21 and October 23. The information is based on a statement issued by Novartis.
