October 6, 2026 11:00 AM

Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has appointed Stephen Vather as senior vice president of investor relations, the company announced Oct. 6.

Vather joins from Leonardo DRS, where he served as senior vice president of corporate development and investor relations and helped lead the company's return to public markets. Before that, he spent nine years at ManTech, where he led mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. He began his career in investment banking.

Vather will succeed Stuart Davis, who will remain in the investor relations role through the third-quarter earnings cycle before retiring in March. The two will work together during the transition period.

"I look forward to Steve continuing our productive engagements with shareholders and the broader investment community about how our NorthStar 2030 strategy is guiding our growth and delivering differentiated value for customers," said Leidos CEO Tom Bell.

Davis rejoined Leidos in 2021, having previously worked at the company from 2006 to 2009. Over a 42-year career, he also held investor relations and strategy roles at Perspecta, CSRA, ManTech, and SRA International.

Leidos is headquartered in Reston, Virginia, and reported annual revenues of approximately $17.2 billion for the fiscal year ended Jan. 2, 2026.
