October 6, 2026 8:00 AM

Entera Bio Ltd. (NASDAQ: ENTX) announced the appointment of Laura Hamill to its Board of Directors, effective December 1, 2026. Hamill succeeds Yonatan Malca, who is stepping down after 16 years of service.

Hamill brings more than 35 years of biopharmaceutical commercial leadership experience. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Commercial Operations at Gilead Sciences, where she led an organization of approximately 2,500 employees responsible for $22 billion in annual revenue.

Prior to Gilead, Hamill spent nearly two decades at Amgen in roles of increasing scope, including Senior Vice President of U.S. Commercial Business Operations, where she oversaw commercial activities representing approximately 80% of Amgen's revenue, and Senior Vice President of Amgen's Intercontinental Region, covering 26 countries.

Hamill currently serves on the boards of Jazz Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: JAZZ), BB Biotech AG, and Fate Therapeutics (NASDAQ: FATE). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Arizona.

Entera CEO Miranda Toledano said in a statement that Hamill's experience with "multi-billion dollar global therapeutic franchises" would support the company's commercial preparation for its lead candidate, EB613, an oral tablet being developed for osteoporosis.
