SignWell announced a distribution partnership with TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) to make its electronic signature platform available through IT resellers across the United States, according to a press release.

Authorized TD SYNNEX reseller partners can now offer SignWell's SaaS and API eSignature platform, including annual subscriptions and prepaid, usage-based API plans. Options include enterprise-wide single sign-on and SMS functionality. The program also includes partner pricing, deal registration for qualifying opportunities, and special pricing for larger deployments.

"Our partnership with TD SYNNEX allows us to give more businesses a simpler eSignature offering by expanding our reach to organizations across its expansive IT distribution channel," said Sam Wehbe, CEO of SignWell.

Matt Fox, Vice President of Business Development at TD SYNNEX, said the partnership would help customers modernize document workflows, adding that the company's scale and marketplace ecosystem, including AWS, would help SignWell expand its platform's reach.

SignWell states its platform is used across healthcare, financial services, legal, technology, and real estate sectors. The company reports completing five consecutive SOC 2 Type II audits and says the platform supports HIPAA and GDPR compliance requirements. Features include audit trails, workflow automation, conditional logic, and API capabilities.

SignWell says its platform is used by 80,000 businesses and has processed more than 17 million signed documents. TD SYNNEX serves more than 150,000 customers across over 100 countries.
