Jaguar Uranium reports 4.21% U₃O₈ result at Argentina project

October 6, 2026 6:55 AM

Jaguar Uranium Corp. (NYSE-AM: JAGU) reported a uranium assay result of 4.21% U₃O₈ from an outcrop composite sample at its Huemul Uranium-Copper-Vanadium Project in Malargüe, Mendoza Province, Argentina, according to a company press release.

The result came from sample 4319, which exceeded the laboratory's upper reporting limit of 25,000 ppm uranium and required over-limit reanalysis using XRF methods. The company noted that the sample does not represent a channel width and may not be representative of average grade or continuity across the project.

Updated channel and rock chip sample results from the program recorded copper up to 8.54%, uranium oxide up to 4.21%, silver up to 708 g/t, and vanadium oxide up to 2.27%. Because sampling targeted areas of visible mineralization, the company stated results may be biased high and should not be considered representative of grade distribution or continuity across the project.

Sampling along the Uryco/Rosa and Black Zone trends identified copper-bearing surface occurrences within a corridor exceeding four kilometers in length. The company noted those occurrences have not been demonstrated to form a continuous mineralized zone.

The Huemul Project covers more than 27,000 hectares and includes a past-producing uranium mine that operated from 1955 to 1975. No mineral resource or reserve estimate has been prepared for the property. The project is classified as exploration-stage.

Samples were analyzed by ALS Mendoza, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory independent of Jaguar. The technical disclosure was reviewed and approved by George van der Walt, Pr.Sci.Nat., an independent qualified person with The MSA Group (Pty) Ltd., who has not completed a current site visit to the project.

Jaguar completed a $25 million initial public offering on NYSE American in February 2026.
