October 6, 2026 6:02 AM

Robo.ai Inc. (Nasdaq: AIIO), headquartered in Dubai, UAE, reported preliminary and unaudited September revenue exceeding $100 million, with full-year 2026 revenue expected to reach approximately $600 million, according to a company statement.

The September figure was primarily contributed by Quantum Core Capital Limited (QC Capital), which was acquired on June 15, 2026. The company noted that the September revenue data has not been reviewed by its independent registered public accounting firm and may be subject to adjustment. The company also stated that revenue alone does not establish its profitability or operating cash flow position.

QC Capital's operating businesses provide operational management and delivery services to enterprise customers, charging for completed delivery orders accepted by customers. The unit has maintained operations since its acquisition and continues to contribute to revenue.

Through its subsidiary Neurovia AI, Robo.ai is developing AI data processing and compression technology, with applications targeting public safety, transportation, energy, and municipal services. QC Capital is also developing AI-generated video and content production capabilities, which the company described as at an early stage.

On September 25, 2026, subsidiary ALIF Holding held a groundbreaking ceremony for Phase I of its Group Industrial Park in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. Phase I is planned to refurbish existing factory premises covering approximately 8,845 square meters to support local manufacturing and systems integration. The industrial park is planned in three phases, with the proposed Alif Maritec expected to be the first occupant, covering marine oil spill response, land border security, and AI-enabled defense monitoring.

Chief Executive Officer Benjamin Zhai stated that existing cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments are expected to fund current business operations and capital expenditures for at least the next 18 to 24 months based on the company's current operational plan.
