Cyabra wins FBI OSINT contract for image and video analysis
Cyabra, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYAB) announced that its subsidiary, Cyabra Strategy Inc., has been awarded positions under the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Specialized Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Tools multi-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, covering both the Image Information and Video Information categories.
The five-year ordering period runs through September 2031, during which Cyabra is eligible to compete for task orders from FBI headquarters divisions and field offices across the United States. The IDIQ structure does not guarantee that Cyabra will receive task orders of any material value.
According to the company's press release, Cyabra's platform offers authenticity scoring and forensic analysis for images and video, including detection of GAN- and diffusion-generated content, face swaps, splice points, and content-provenance checks through the C2PA standard.

"When an image or video surfaces in an investigation, the first question is whether it is real, and the next is whether the account sharing it is authentic," said Dan Brahmy, Co-Founder and CEO of Cyabra.
Keith E. Noble, Ph.D., Vice President of U.S. Government Sales at Cyabra, said the contract vehicle gives FBI divisions a streamlined way to acquire image and video analysis capabilities.
The award builds on Cyabra's existing public-sector contract vehicles and channel partnerships serving U.S. federal, defense, and intelligence agencies.
