SOBR Safe, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOBR) issued a statement clarifying its position after reports circulated about the company's future, saying its board of directors has not made a decision to dissolve the company.

The Denver-based company said it is exploring options going forward but has postponed its Annual General Meeting until further notice.

The company's "About" section notes that SOBRsafe had previously ceased operations. The company had developed transdermal technology designed to detect alcohol through a user's skin without requiring breath, blood, or urine samples, serving behavioral health, family law, and consumer markets.
