Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings (NYSE: CCO) announced that its previously disclosed acquisition by an investor consortium, comprised of affiliates and investment funds advised by Mubadala Capital, is now expected to close early in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The revised timeline is subject to receipt of remaining required regulatory approvals and the satisfaction or waiver of other closing conditions, according to a company statement.
