Ennoble Care picks CoreWeave for clinical AI inference workloads

September 30, 2026 9:05 AM

Ennoble Care LLC has selected CoreWeave Inc. (Nasdaq: CRWV) to run clinical AI inference workloads across its home-based care network, according to a statement from CoreWeave.

Ennoble Care, a home-based primary, palliative and hospice care provider serving approximately 50,000 patients across 15 states, will deploy Nvidia RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition nodes through CoreWeave Kubernetes Service (CKS). The deployment includes dedicated, reserved GPU capacity with hardware-enforced isolation and zero-trust security controls.

The agreement covers AI applications including clinical documentation, summarization and decision support tools built on top of Ennoble Care's proprietary, ONC-certified electronic medical record system.

"We've built a full-stack, ONC-certified EMR purpose-built for home-based primary care, and we're now developing multiple AI agents on top of it, both to augment clinical delivery and to automate back-office functions," said Jonathan Taylor, chief technology officer at Ennoble Care. "CoreWeave gives us reserved capacity we can count on, a Kubernetes environment our team can move into quickly, and engineers who answer the phone."

Key elements of the deployment include dedicated Nvidia RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell nodes, a managed Kubernetes environment that CoreWeave claims offers eight to 10 times faster container spin-up times than general-purpose cloud alternatives, and direct technical support included at no additional charge.

The announcement was made at Fully Connected, CoreWeave's AI cloud conference in San Francisco.
