Glucotrack unit to launch GLP-1 patient comparison app in October
Lōkahi Therapeutics, a subsidiary of Glucotrack, Inc. (NASDAQ: GCTK), announced a platform called Qare, designed to allow patients using GLP-1 medications to compare their treatment experiences against those of other users. The company said the platform is expected to become publicly available on October 14, 2026.
Qare is described as a comparative health platform that lets users document, organize, and analyze their treatment experiences relative to patient cohorts using different medications within the same therapeutic class. The company said additional drug categories are expected to be added in future releases.
The platform was developed through Lōkahi's ai² Accelerator program and was introduced on what the company called National GLP-1 Day.

"Healthcare data is a big business that fails to deliver meaningful value to patients," said Erik Emerson, Chief Executive Officer of Lōkahi Therapeutics. "Today, the global healthcare analytics market is approaching $70 billion, yet the people who generate that data, patients, do not benefit from it."
Lōkahi described Qare as distinct from individual health tracking tools, positioning it instead as a platform centered on real-world comparative data across treatment categories. The company said it believes the platform could contribute to broader discussions about how healthcare data is collected and used, though it acknowledged it cannot guarantee achieving those goals independently.
Glucotrack also operates a separate subsidiary, Glucotrack Technologies, Inc., which is developing a long-term implantable continuous blood glucose monitoring system. That device is currently classified as an investigational device under U.S. federal law.
