Parabolic targets $9.3M in annual savings after restructuring

September 30, 2026 8:05 AM

Parabolic (NASDAQ: PARA), formerly known as Banzai International, Inc., announced it has completed the integration of ConnectAndSell and implemented a new business unit operating model, with actions expected to generate approximately $9.3 million in annualized cost savings.

The company said the ConnectAndSell integration included a headcount reduction of approximately 12 positions and reduced use of third-party contractors, together accounting for an estimated $3.1 million in annualized savings. These savings are expected to be fully recognized on a run-rate basis by the end of fiscal year 2026.

A business unit realignment, which refocused business unit leaders on customers, service delivery, and revenue activities, is expected to contribute $1.4 million in annual savings through reductions in full-time and contractor positions across the company's CreateStudio and Banzai business units.

The remaining $4.8 million in projected annualized savings is attributed to reductions in general and administrative expenses, including optimized administrative functions and reduced corporate costs under a new shared services model.

"Having added substantial revenue via ConnectAndSell, our next objective is absolute financial optimization," said Joe Davy, Founder and CEO of Parabolic. "These additional cost actions ensure that we convert top-line growth directly into improved operating results and accelerate positive cash generation."

The company said it expects the combined initiatives to contribute to its previously stated profitability and cash flow objectives for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. The information is based on a company press release and includes forward-looking statements subject to risks and uncertainties.
