Core Silver plans $1M private placement to fund Yukon drilling
Core Silver Corp. (CSE: CC) (OTC QB: CCOOF) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,818,182 flow-through units at $0.55 per unit, targeting gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000, according to a company statement.
Each flow-through unit consists of one flow-through common share and one-half of a transferable common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant allows the holder to purchase one common share at $0.85 for two years from the date of issuance.
The offering is expected to close on or about October 30, 2026, subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval and other standard closing conditions. Securities issued will carry a hold period of four months and one day from issuance.
Proceeds will fund Canadian exploration expenses at the company's Touleary Project in Yukon, Canada, to be incurred by December 31, 2027. Qualifying expenditures will be renounced in favor of subscribers effective that date.

"This financing will help Core Silver extend our 2026 drilling program at Touleary beyond the initially planned 3,000 metres," said CEO Nick Rodway.
The Touleary Project is located approximately 115 kilometers south of Dawson City, Yukon, and hosts a polymetallic volcanogenic massive sulphide system. Core Silver also holds the Blue Property in British Columbia, covering approximately 114,074 hectares.
The company may pay finder's fees in connection with the offering under CSE policies. The securities will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
