CrowdStrike Falcon platform listed on OpenAI Marketplace

September 29, 2026 1:33 PM

CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) announced that its Falcon platform is now available in the OpenAI Marketplace, allowing eligible OpenAI enterprise customers to purchase the cybersecurity platform using a portion of their existing OpenAI spending commitments.

The move expands an existing partnership between the two companies. As part of the arrangement, CrowdStrike's Falcon Guardian product extends runtime protection to OpenAI Codex agents, providing visibility into agent activity and enforcing runtime controls. OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Cyber model is also being integrated into the Falcon platform, starting with CrowdStrike's Frontier AI Readiness and Resilience service.

Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike, said the OpenAI Marketplace gives customers "a powerful new way to apply their AI investments toward cyber defense."

Brian Landsman, VP of Global Partnerships at OpenAI, said enterprise customers can now use existing OpenAI commitments "to access solutions built by partners like CrowdStrike on OpenAI's models and platform."

The announcement was made at OpenAI DevDay. According to the press release, the listing is intended to create a purchasing path for OpenAI enterprise customers to adopt CrowdStrike's security offerings without requiring entirely separate procurement budgets.
