Webull expands cloud MCP to add AI-assisted trade preparation
Webull (NASDAQ: BULL) announced an expansion of its cloud-based Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, allowing eligible U.S. users to research markets, analyze portfolios, and prepare trades through compatible AI assistants without installing software or managing API credentials.
The updated Cloud MCP connects supported AI platforms directly to Webull's market data, account information, and investment tools. Users can access real-time and historical data across stocks, ETFs, options, futures, crypto, and event contracts, as well as company fundamentals, market screeners, account balances, positions, and order history. Each trade prepared through the AI workflow requires separate customer confirmation before an order is submitted.
Cloud MCP is currently available through Claude, Perplexity, and Grok. Integration with ChatGPT is pending platform approval. Webull said it is working to expand availability to additional markets and AI platforms.

"By bringing trading capabilities to Cloud MCP, we're making it easier for investors to move from research to action through the AI platforms they already use, while keeping them in control of every trade," said Anthony Denier, Group President and U.S. CEO of Webull.
Unlike Webull's local MCP server, the cloud version does not require users to generate API credentials or manage access keys. Users connect an existing Webull account through a supported AI platform and authorize the accounts and capabilities they wish to use.
Webull Corporation operates in 18 markets and reports more than 28 million registered users globally.
