Oracle launches Fusion Claw agentic runtime with 25 new applications

September 29, 2026 8:01 AM

Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) announced Oracle Fusion Claw, a governed agentic execution runtime for its Fusion Agentic Applications, according to a company statement released Sept. 29, 2026.

Fusion Claw combines AI reasoning with deterministic enterprise computation to handle complex, large-scale business tasks. The runtime introduces 25 new Claw-powered agentic applications, bringing Oracle's total Fusion Agentic Applications portfolio to 75.

The new applications span several business functions, including finance, human resources, supply chain, and sales. Specific applications include Ledger, which targets accounting reconciliation and exception resolution; Workforce Staffing, which assists HR leaders in creating staffing plans; Shipping Consolidation, which models freight consolidation alternatives; and Account Territory Growth Plan, which models sales territory configurations.

Fusion Claw runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and uses frontier AI models from Google's Gemini and OpenAI, with support for additional models planned. The system applies what Oracle calls an Enterprise Operating Envelope, a set of organizational policies, constraints, permissions, and decision rights enforced across all automated tasks. Each completed task generates an Outcome Receipt, described as an auditable record of actions taken, authority applied, and decisions made.

"Every organization is looking at AI and asking the same question: how can we use it to create measurable value for our business?" said Mike Sicilia, CEO of Oracle. "Fusion Claw helps answer that question by moving from AI assistance to execution."

The new applications are part of Oracle's broader Fusion AI ecosystem, which includes Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications. That platform offers no-code and pro-code tools for building and managing agentic applications using Oracle, partner, and third-party agents.

Partners including Accenture, Deloitte, Google Cloud, KPMG, and PwC provided statements in support of the announcement.
