FirstService Residential has been selected to manage Laureate Park Master Association, Inc., a 4,500-home master-planned community in the Lake Nona region of Orlando, Fla., according to a company press release.

The community includes amenities such as the Laureate Park Aquatic Center, an LP FIT fitness facility, tennis and pickleball courts, and a village center. FirstService Residential will provide full-service management covering governance, operations, and lifestyle programming.

"What made this a strong fit was the alignment around elevating not just day-to-day management, but the overall resident experience," said Rada Kleyman, business development director at FirstService Residential.

Brent Reynolds, president of master-planned communities for the South region at FirstService Residential, said the company aims to bring "structure, resources, and support" to the community's board.
