ROC wins $64.3M DOJ contract for digital evidence platform
Rank One Computing Corporation (Nasdaq: ROC), known as ROC, has been awarded an eight-year contract with the U.S. Department of Justice valued at $64.3 million, according to a company press release.
Under the contract, ROC Evidence will support the DOJ's Digital Evidence Review Platform program, providing review, analysis, and production of digital evidence for federal prosecutions. The platform will handle e-discovery content, including cellphone and social media data.
The contract includes a committed one-year base period valued at approximately $7 million, with seven additional one-year option periods. The option periods are exercisable solely at the DOJ's discretion and subject to the availability of appropriations, meaning the full $64.3 million may not be realized.

ROC CEO B. Scott Swann said in a statement: "This award signals trust and validation for our product, demonstrates our ability to execute on long-term federal programs, and leaves ROC well-positioned to capture additional government opportunities with durable, high-margin revenue."
The company noted the contract follows a previously announced federal ABIS award and cited its acquisition of ZTC as contributing to the expanded digital evidence capabilities. ROC said ZTC brings more than two decades of federal experience in digital forensics, supporting large-scale data ingestion, processing, and analysis.
ROC is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with additional offices in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Morgantown, West Virginia.
