Pfizer to present 45 cancer abstracts at ESMO 2026 congress
Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) will present data from 45 abstracts at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress, scheduled for October 23–27, 2026, in Madrid, Spain, according to a company statement.
The presentations include 11 oral sessions covering established medicines and late-stage pipeline candidates across breast cancer, genitourinary cancers, and lung cancer.
Among the pipeline candidates, Pfizer will present Phase 2 randomized results from the FOURLIGHT-1 study of atirmociclib, a CDK4 inhibitor, combined with fulvestrant in patients with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer who had previously received CDK4/6 inhibitor-based treatment. A Phase 3 study in frontline metastatic breast cancer is ongoing.
Late-breaking Phase 3 overall survival and progression-free survival data from the SigVie-002 study of sigvotatug vedotin in previously treated non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer will also be presented, following previously announced topline results.

Updated Phase 2 data for tivunatamig, a bispecific antibody targeting PD-1 and VEGF, in combination with chemotherapy in first-line PD-L1-expressing non-small cell lung cancer will be shared. Pivotal studies for tivunatamig are ongoing in multiple tumor types.
For established medicines, Pfizer will present patient-reported outcomes and safety data from the Phase 3 TALAPRO-3 study of Talzenna plus Xtandi in metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer. A supplemental New Drug Application for that combination is currently under FDA Priority Review.
Additional presentations include exploratory analyses from the Phase 3 EV-302 trial of Padcev plus pembrolizumab in urothelial carcinoma, and Phase 3 STARBOARD trial results evaluating Braftovi and Mektovi with pembrolizumab in first-line BRAF V600-mutant advanced melanoma.
