Nutriband adds former Navy SEAL Robert O'Neill to advisory board
Nutriband Inc. (NASDAQ: NTRB, NASDAQ: NTRBW) has appointed Robert J. O'Neill, a former U.S. Navy SEAL, to its Advisory Board, according to a company statement.
O'Neill served 16 years in the U.S. Navy, including eight years with Naval Special Warfare Development Group (SEAL Team Six), and participated in more than 400 combat missions. He is known for his role in Operation Neptune's Spear, the 2011 mission that resulted in the death of Osama bin Laden. During his military career, he received more than 50 decorations, including two Silver Stars and four Bronze Stars with Valor.
O'Neill is also the author of the New York Times best-selling memoir The Operator: Firing the Shots That Killed Osama bin Laden and My Years as a SEAL Team Warrior and has appeared alongside veterans at a White House executive order signing aimed at accelerating research and access to psychedelic-assisted therapies through the Department of Veterans Affairs.

"Rob has spent his career operating at the highest levels of pressure, precision, and decision-making, and he's continued that same commitment through his advocacy for adequate care and the military community he comes from," said Gareth Sheridan, CEO of Nutriband.
Nutriband is a pharmaceutical company developing transdermal drug delivery products. Its lead candidate, AVERSA Fentanyl, is an abuse-deterrent fentanyl patch that has not yet received regulatory approval. The company's Advisory Board supports its executive team on strategy and execution as it advances its pipeline of abuse-deterrent transdermal products.
