RBC Capital analyst Rishi Jaluria raised the price target on NICE Systems Ltd (NASDAQ: NICE) to $145.00 (from $130.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.

The analyst commented: "Personal Agents, Business Model, and Competition; We hosted NICE CFO Beth Gaspich and VP IR Ryan Gilligan for investor meetings in Boston and Toronto, with discussions centered on: 1) personal AI agent upside, 2) contract restructuring, and 3) Cognigy's competitive differentiation. We came away incrementally more constructive on the longer-term AI opportunity, though near-term conviction remains contingent on visible execution, with strategic renewal J-curves still playing out and AI adoption not yet reflected in financials. We maintain our Outperform rating and raise our PT to $145 on peer multiple expansion."
