Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK) announced a series of executive leadership transitions across its Global Sales & Marketing team and two operating segments, with changes set to take effect October 1, 2026.

Tessa Myers, currently senior vice president of Intelligent Devices, will become senior vice president and Chief Revenue Officer, succeeding Scott Genereux, who has announced plans to retire at the end of 2026. Myers has previously held business unit and sales leadership roles at the company, including leading the North American sales organization.

Matt Fordenwalt, currently senior vice president of Lifecycle Services, will move into Myers' former role as senior vice president of Intelligent Devices. Fordenwalt has been with Rockwell since 2005 and has held leadership positions in the company's Lifecycle Services and Information Technology organizations.

Jordan Reynolds, currently vice president of Artificial Intelligence & Autonomy, will be promoted to senior vice president and will take over Fordenwalt's role leading the Lifecycle Services segment. Reynolds joined Rockwell in 2020 as part of the Kalypso acquisition.

"I thank Scott for leading our sales and marketing teams for more than five years, during a very eventful period in Rockwell's journey," said Blake Moret, Chairman and CEO of Rockwell Automation.
