Tenet Fintech signs China distribution deal with Brand Ops

September 24, 2026 7:39 AM

Tenet Fintech Group Inc. (CSE: PKK) (OTCID: PKKFF) has signed a five-year partnership agreement with Brand Ops, a China-based brand marketer and product distributor, to give North American retailers registered on its Cubeler Business Hub platform access to Brand Ops' network of more than 60,000 retail outlets across China.

Brand Ops, which began operations in 2015 as a regional distributor for the Chinese tea industry, now operates across more than 300 cities and maintains partnerships with Chinese e-commerce platforms including Tmall and JD.com.

Under the agreement, Brand Ops' offline retail outlets will register on the Cubeler Business Hub and share product, operational, and financial data with the platform. Tenet's AI tools will then match those outlets with North American retailers to create cross-border distribution opportunities for North American products in China.

Both parties will collect a service fee on sales and distribution of products through Brand Ops' network. The allocation of fees between the two companies will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on factors such as product type and distribution channel.

Tenet also disclosed that its application to list its common shares on the OTCQB Market tier remains pending due to what the company described as enhanced regulatory scrutiny. The company said it is also exploring whether its current listing on the OTCID Market tier could meet its objectives for U.S. shareholders, and intends to provide an update on either matter when available.
