September 24, 2026 7:13 AM

Everforth ECS, the federal government segment of Everforth, Inc. (NYSE: EFOR), has secured a three-year, sole-source indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a ceiling of $148 million to continue supporting the Chief Digital and AI Office's Secure Unclassified Network, known as SUNet.

Under the contract expansion, Everforth ECS will manage and maintain the current SUNet operational environment while supporting the transition of mission capabilities to a next-generation architecture. The company has supported the SUNet program for more than a decade.

Separately, Everforth ECS was selected under a Commercial Solutions Opening to research and prototype SUNet 2.0 on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering and the CDAO. SUNet 2.0 is intended to provide Department of War organizations and mission partners with a secure digital environment to collaborate and develop, test, and validate AI and machine learning capabilities.

The modernization effort will explore hybrid cloud infrastructure, zero trust security controls, and data management capabilities aimed at reducing the time needed to onboard users and deploy new technologies.

"These awards represent the next chapter of a mission we have supported alongside the Department of War and its mission partners for more than a decade," said Donnie Scott, president of Everforth ECS. "By bringing our operational knowledge together with modern cloud, cybersecurity, automation, and AI capabilities, we can provide CDAO and its mission partners a faster, more secure way to experiment, collaborate, and turn emerging technologies into operational capability."

Brian Orsi, CDAO account lead at Everforth ECS, said the company's prior experience supporting SUNet is informing the modernization effort, with the goal of giving mission partners faster access to tools for testing and integrating emerging capabilities.

Everforth, Inc. is headquartered in Fairfax, Va., and provides technology and digital engineering services to commercial and federal clients.
