Dean C. Fullerton notified Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG) on September 17, 2026, that he will resign as Chief Operating Officer, effective October 23, 2026, to accept a position at another company.

According to a statement from the company, Fullerton's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with Plug Power over its operations, policies, or practices. He is expected to assist with the transition of his responsibilities to certain of the company's Executive Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents.
