Rezolve Ai targets $60M cost cuts, positive EBITDA by mid-2027
Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV) outlined a cost reduction program on Sept. 23, 2026, targeting approximately $60 million in annualized savings and positive Adjusted EBITDA by the end of the first half of 2027.
The company said measures already in place are expected to reduce cash burn in the second half of 2026 substantially below the first half. H1 2026 cash expenditure included fundraising fees, litigation settlements, office closures, and staff redundancies tied to integrating acquired businesses.
The cost program addresses five areas: cloud and technology infrastructure, staffing and integration, professional services, property, and discretionary spending. As part of the professional services component, Rezolve Ai said it is transitioning service delivery to partners including TCS and Tech Mahindra, which it expects to improve gross margins.
The company reported an Adjusted EBITDA margin of negative 24.9% for H1 2026. Achieving a positive margin for the month ending June 30, 2027, would represent an improvement of at least 24.9 percentage points. The company noted this is an exit-period target, not a forecast for H1 2027 as a whole, and that Adjusted EBITDA profitability and operating cash-flow breakeven are separate milestones.

Daniel M. Wagner, Chairman and CEO, said in a statement: "We have moved quickly to reduce spending and measures are already in place. We expect cash burn in the second half of this year to be substantially below the first half, reflecting both the actions we have taken and lower exceptional expenditure."
Rezolve Ai said it will continue investing in its Rezolve Commerce, Rezolve Pay, Rezolve Reward, and Rezolve Insight products. The company also noted an Investor Day is scheduled for October 6, 2026.
Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure. The company said it is unable to provide a quantitative reconciliation to net income without unreasonable effort due to uncertainty around specific reconciling items.
