Surf Air Mobility Inc. (NYSE: SRFM) has signed a definitive agreement with SkyDance Air to deploy its OperatorOS flight operations software, marking the company's second commercial contract for the product, according to a press release.

OperatorOS is built on software powered by Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ: PLTR) and is designed for Part 135 charter operators to manage aircraft and crew scheduling, flight management, reporting, and distribution. Surf Air Mobility will earn a percentage of revenue for all SkyDance flights managed through the platform.

SkyDance Air, which the press release describes as the second largest single-fleet operator of Cirrus Vision Jets in North America, currently operates three aircraft and plans to grow to approximately 10 aircraft by 2027.

Surf Air Mobility has set a goal of having five operators live on OperatorOS by the end of 2026. The company has used the software internally to run its Southern Airways and Mokulele Airlines operations since 2025. The Federal Aviation Administration has approved OperatorOS as an authorized system of record for electronic signatures and recordkeeping.

Liam Fayed, co-founder of Surf Air Mobility, said the agreement "reinforces a trend we are seeing with operators needing a single platform built with modern software that replaces the patchwork of systems and manual processes they are using today."

David Hackett, president of SkyDance, said OperatorOS "gives us an opportunity to build on that foundation with a platform designed specifically for the needs of a growing Part 135 operator."

OperatorOS is one of three products within Surf Air Mobility's SurfOS platform, alongside BrokerOS and OwnerOS, intended to connect brokers, operators, and aircraft owners in the private aviation market.
