United Parks & Resorts Inc. (NYSE: PRKS) announced the promotion of Kyle Miller to President and Scott Maupin to Chief Parks Operating Officer, both effective September 22, 2026.

Miller, who previously served as Chief Parks Operations Officer, has been with the company since 1995, when he joined Busch Entertainment Corporation. He has held leadership roles across operations, culinary, merchandise and park management, and served as Park President of SeaWorld Orlando, Discovery Cove and Aquatica Orlando before joining the executive team.

Maupin, who joined United Parks in May 2026 as Co-Chief Parks Operating Officer, steps into the expanded role of Chief Parks Operating Officer. He brings more than 30 years of experience in theme park, resort and hospitality operations. Before joining the company, Maupin served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Merlin Entertainments, overseeing its North American portfolio of 45 entertainment destinations. He previously held senior roles at Great Wolf Resorts and Six Flags.

The company also announced that Christopher Finazzo, Chief Commercial Officer, will depart to pursue other opportunities.
