Amihay Hadad resigned as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Quantum X Labs Inc. (NASDAQ: QXL) on September 22, 2026, effective immediately, according to a company statement.

The company noted that Hadad's departure was not the result of any disagreement with the company over its operations, policies, or practices.

Yakov Baranes, who had served as Co-Chief Executive Officer since May 2026, was appointed sole Chief Executive Officer of Quantum X Labs, effective September 22, 2026.
