Incyte to present skin disease data at EADV congress in Vienna
Incyte (Nasdaq: INCY) announced it will present research data from its Inflammation and Autoimmunity portfolio at the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Congress 2026, scheduled for September 30 through October 3 in Vienna, Austria.
The presentations include one oral session and more than 15 poster sessions covering four disease areas: atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, prurigo nodularis, and vitiligo.
Data on ruxolitinib cream, marketed as Opzelura, will feature across multiple atopic dermatitis sessions, including 24-week results from the TRuE-AD4 study examining long-term safety, pharmacokinetics, and patient-reported outcomes in adults with moderate atopic dermatitis. Additional posters will address comparative efficacy against systemic therapies and real-world data.
Povorcitinib, an oral JAK1 selective inhibitor under regulatory review in both the U.S. and Europe as a potential treatment for moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa, will be the subject of pooled Phase 3 data from the STOP-HS1 and STOP-HS2 studies. A poster will also present data on its use in nonsegmental vitiligo.

Presentations on prurigo nodularis will include epidemiological data on incidence, prevalence, and treatment patterns in the U.S. and Germany.
Opzelura is approved in the U.S. for nonsegmental vitiligo in patients aged 12 and older and for mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in patients aged 2 and older. In Europe, the cream is approved for nonsegmental vitiligo with facial involvement and for moderate atopic dermatitis in adult patients for whom topical corticosteroids and topical calcineurin inhibitors are inadequate or inappropriate. Incyte states that more than one million patients globally have been treated with Opzelura.
The New Drug Application and Marketing Authorization Application for povorcitinib in hidradenitis suppurativa are under review by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and European Medicines Agency, respectively.
