Hyliion to dual list on NYSE Texas alongside primary NYSE American listing

September 22, 2026 8:29 AM

Hyliion Holdings Corp. (NYSE American: HYLN), an Austin, Texas-based developer of modular power plant technology, announced it will dual list its common stock on NYSE Texas, a fully electronic equities exchange headquartered in Dallas that launched in 2025.

The company will maintain its primary listing on NYSE American and will trade under the same ticker symbol, HYLN, on both exchanges. The NYSE Texas listing is set to become effective Sept. 22, 2026.

Thomas Healy, founder and chief executive officer of Hyliion, cited the company's Texas roots as part of the rationale. "Texas is Hyliion's headquarters and the site of our core manufacturing operations," he said. "This dual listing reflects the trajectory of Hyliion and puts us directly alongside the capital markets driving the state's energy and technology future."

Bryan Daniel, president of NYSE Texas, said the exchange welcomed the addition. "We're excited to welcome Hyliion to NYSE Texas and look forward to supporting its growth as it brings next-generation power technology to market," he said.

Hyliion also conducts research and development in Cincinnati, Ohio. The company is targeting the commercial and waste management industries with its KARNO Power Module, which it says can operate on various fuel sources for stationary power applications.
