Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV) announced that Adam L. Rosman resigned as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer, effective September 30, 2026.

Eric C. Nelson, currently serving as General Counsel and Secretary at Fiserv, will succeed Rosman as Chief Legal Officer on October 1, 2026.
