Oracle Life Sciences (NYSE: ORCL) announced a partnership with Wipro Limited to expand Wipro's pharmacovigilance (PV) service offerings using Oracle Life Sciences Argus business process services (BPS), according to a press release dated Sept. 22, 2026.

Under the agreement, Wipro will integrate Oracle Life Sciences Argus BPS into its Wipro Intelligence suite of AI-powered solutions. The arrangement is intended to support drug safety operations and regulatory compliance for life sciences organizations globally.

Oracle Life Sciences Argus BPS operates as a cloud-based, managed services model designed to help organizations manage drug safety data, automate workflows, and support regulatory reporting without maintaining on-premises safety systems.

Wipro's PV services include case processing, reporting, regulatory submissions, Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance support, and post-marketing surveillance. To reduce implementation timelines, Wipro plans to maintain preconfigured Oracle Life Sciences Argus BPS environments that are deployment-ready before customer onboarding begins.

"By integrating Oracle Life Sciences Argus BPS into our Wipro Intelligence suite of AI-powered solutions, Wipro's PV service offerings can be enhanced to offer customers scalable, ready-to-deploy safety services," said Jasjit Singh Kang, Managing Partner and Global Head of Business Process Services at Wipro Limited.

Seema Verma, executive vice president and general manager of Oracle Health and Life Sciences, said the collaboration is aimed at supporting "a more agile and deployment-ready approach to pharmacovigilance" by combining Oracle's safety platform with Wipro's domain expertise.
