September 21, 2026 10:13 AM

Moderna (NASDAQ: MRNA) will present three abstracts on intismeran autogene, an investigational mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy, at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress 2026, scheduled for October 23-27 in Madrid, Spain, according to a company statement.

The most prominent presentation is a Phase 3 study called INTerpath-001, which will appear in the Presidential Symposium on October 24. The study examines intismeran autogene combined with pembrolizumab compared to pembrolizumab alone as an adjuvant treatment for resected stage IIB-IV melanoma. Georgina V. Long of Sydney, Australia will present the findings.

Two poster presentations are also scheduled. On October 25, David J. Pinato of London will present Phase 1 results from a study of intismeran autogene combined with FOLFIRINOX in resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. On October 26, Charu Aggarwal of Philadelphia will present INTerpath-014, a Phase 3 study design for adjuvant intismeran autogene with subcutaneous pembrolizumab or intismeran monotherapy versus placebo in completely resected high-risk stage I non-small cell lung cancer.

Intismeran autogene is jointly developed by Moderna and Merck, known as MSD outside the United States and Canada.

Moderna will also host a live investor webcast on October 24 at 7:00 PM CEST / 1:00 PM EDT.
