Anheuser-Busch puts $23M into Fort Collins brewery
Anheuser-Busch (NYSE: BUD) announced a $23 million investment in its Fort Collins, Colorado brewery, adding production capacity for 25-oz cans and expanding rail infrastructure at the facility.
The investment is part of the company's broader "Brewing Futures" initiative, through which Anheuser-Busch has committed $600 million to U.S. operations across 2025 and 2026. The Fort Collins brewery has received $93 million in total investment from the company since 2021.
Anheuser-Busch also plans to open a technical skills training center inside the Fort Collins facility, one of 15 such centers the company is establishing nationwide. The centers are intended to train operators and technicians in electrical and mechanical systems related to brewery equipment. The company said it plans to upskill more than 90% of its manufacturing workforce over the next five years.

CEO Brendan Whitworth said the investment "helps fuel economic growth, create and sustain high-quality jobs, and reinforce our long-term commitment to the communities where we live and work."
The Fort Collins brewery has operated since 1988 and currently produces more than 48 brands. Colorado State Representative Andrew Boesenecker (D-Larimer) noted the facility has provided hundreds of manufacturing jobs to the region over its 38-year history.
