StoneX Reiterates Buy Rating on Wix.com (WIX)
StoneX analyst Mark Zgutowicz reiterated a Buy rating and $110.00 price target on Wix.com (NASDAQ: WIX).
The analyst commented, "The most constructive takeaway from our meeting with Head of IR Chett Mandell was better-than-expected Base44 quality, speed, utilization mix, and credit consumption create potential upside to the roughly 60% 2H gross-margin framework as Wix internalizes inference economics. That upside will likely be reinvested in customer acquisition rather than flow through near-term operating income or FCF. Partners remains the core risk: the roughly $50M bookings headwind has importantly not deteriorated further, with pressure remaining concentrated among smaller agencies and freelancers. Symphony is showing encouraging early usage, while headless adoption through AI/LLM entry points is picking up but remains relatively small; neither is material today. Net-net, Base44’s unit economics are de-risking faster than expected, while ’27E still requires durable retention, Partners stabilization, and eventual moderation in S&M reinvestment."
