WTW expands Radar software deal with Zurich Insurance globally
WTW (NASDAQ: WTW) announced a global agreement with Zurich Insurance Company Limited to deploy Radar, WTW's pricing and analytics software, across Zurich's retail insurance markets worldwide, according to a press release dated Sept. 21, 2026.
The new agreement expands an existing relationship between the two companies, under which WTW had previously integrated Radar across Zurich's primary retail lines in several country-level markets. The expanded deal follows what WTW described as a rigorous selection process by Zurich.
Soledad Mune, Group Head of Retail Transformation at Zurich, said: "Improved pricing sophistication and risk selection are critical to long-term profitability in retail. WTW brings proven knowledge and reliability, and Radar offers a market-leading pricing platform, global adoption and ease of scaling through a centralized tech infrastructure."

Georgy Matov, Managing Director and Zurich Global Relationship Leader at WTW's Insurance Consulting and Technology division, said the expanded collaboration would apply "deep industry expertise and insurance technology solutions to help Zurich enhance its pricing and risk management capabilities through advanced functionality across monitoring, analytics, decision-making and deployment."
Radar is described by WTW as an end-to-end insurance technology platform covering pricing, underwriting, and claims. WTW states the platform is used by more than 500 insurers worldwide and incorporates AI-based portfolio management capabilities in its latest release.
