Saratoga Investment Corp. (NYSE: SAR) announced that Henri Steenkamp will step down as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Treasurer and Secretary, effective October 31, 2026, citing health-related reasons.

Steenkamp will transition to a consulting role and remain on the company's Board of Directors. He will also continue as CFO of the company's SBIC subsidiaries.

The business development company named three internal successors, all effective October 31, 2026. Christine Ramdihal, who has served as Controller, was promoted to Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer and will serve as principal financial officer. Rochelle Kracoff, previously Assistant Chief Compliance Officer and Treasury Manager, was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary. James Soltesz, an Investment Manager at Saratoga Investment Advisors, LLC, was appointed Investment Manager and Vice President of Capital Markets.

Ramdihal joined Saratoga Investment nearly 10 years ago, following seven years in external audit roles at CBIZ and BDO. Kracoff has been with the company since 2017, holding compliance and treasury roles. Soltesz currently oversees underwriting, trading and portfolio management related to the firm's third-party CLO securities business and will expand his scope to support overall balance sheet management.

"Christine, Rochelle and Jim are highly capable leaders with deep knowledge of our business and operating standards," said Christian L. Oberbeck, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, in a statement based on the press release.

Steenkamp said he is "stepping away from executive responsibilities to focus on health" but remains committed to the company's long-term success in his ongoing roles.
